Belameur.com offers a 14-day return period on eligible merchandise only. Please review the eligibility rules below before placing your order.
For merchandise eligible for return, you must contact us within 14 calendar days after the order is delivered.
Submitting a request does not automatically approve the return. The merchandise must satisfy all eligibility conditions and must be authorized by Belameur.com before it is shipped back.
The 14-day return policy applies only to merchandise identified as return-eligible in the Belameur Dresses section or on the applicable product page.
To qualify, the merchandise must be:
Unworn and unused
Unwashed
Unaltered
Free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or other signs of wear
Returned with all original tags attached
Returned with its original packaging and accessories
Accompanied by the receipt or other proof of purchase
Merchandise that does not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer.
All merchandise from the following designer brands is final sale and not eligible for change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or refunds:

Chic & Holland
Jessica Angel Collection
Please verify your size, color, style, and delivery requirements carefully before ordering final-sale designer merchandise.
Final-sale status does not apply when merchandise arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, materially different from its description, or when applicable law provides consumer rights that cannot be waived.
The following merchandise is also non-returnable:
Merchandise clearly marked Final Sale before purchase
Gift cards
Custom-made or personalized merchandise
Altered merchandise
Worn, washed, damaged, or used merchandise
Merchandise with removed or unattached tags
Merchandise returned without authorization
Merchandise received outside the authorized return requirements
To request a return:
Email info@belameur.com within 14 calendar days after delivery.
Include your order number, the merchandise you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Wait for written return authorization and shipping instructions.
Ship the authorized merchandise according to the instructions provided.
Do not send merchandise back without written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
For standard eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs.
Use a trackable and insured shipping service. Belameur.com is not responsible for an authorized return package that is lost or damaged before it reaches our return location.
A prepaid return label will be provided when we confirm that merchandise was defective, damaged during shipment, or incorrect. If an investigation determines that the merchandise was correctly fulfilled and not defective, the return-shipping charge may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
Original shipping and expedited-delivery charges are non-refundable for standard eligible returns.
Original shipping charges will be refunded when required by law or when the return results from a confirmed Belameur.com fulfillment error, defective product, or shipping damage.
Inspect your order immediately after delivery.
Contact info@belameur.com as soon as possible if:
The merchandise is damaged
The merchandise appears defective
You received the wrong style, size, or color
An item is missing from your order
Include your order number and clear photographs of the merchandise, tags, packaging, and shipping box.
Do not wear, alter, repair, wash, or remove the tags from merchandise being reported as damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Belameur.com does not guarantee direct exchanges.
For eligible merchandise, the fastest way to obtain a different item is to complete an authorized return and place a separate order.
Final-sale merchandise cannot be exchanged for a different size, color, style, or product, except where required by applicable law or when Belameur.com confirms a fulfillment or product issue.
After receiving your authorized return, we will inspect it and notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved:
The eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Belameur.com will process the refund within 5 business days after completing the inspection.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Approved standard returns will generally include the eligible merchandise price and applicable sales tax. Original and return-shipping charges remain non-refundable except as stated in this policy.
For international orders, mandatory consumer-protection laws in the customer’s jurisdiction may provide additional cancellation, return, repair, replacement, or refund rights.
Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict any consumer right that cannot legally be waived. Where mandatory law conflicts with this policy, the applicable mandatory law will control.
Belameur.com stands behind the authenticity of merchandise sold through its website.
Final-sale restrictions do not prevent a customer from contacting us about a legitimate authenticity concern. Contact info@belameur.com with your order number and supporting information so the concern can be reviewed.
