At Belameur.com, we want you to shop with confidence. If you find the same eligible designer dress offered for less by an authorized retailer, Belameur Client Services will review the offer and, when eligible, match the verified price.

What qualifies

  • The exact same designer, style number, color, and size.
  • New, authentic merchandise.
  • The exact variant is currently in stock and available for purchase from the competitor.
  • The competitor is an authorized retailer for that designer.
  • The competitor price is publicly displayed and can be independently verified at the time of the request.

What does not qualify

  • Clearance, liquidation, closeout, outlet, marketplace, auction, sample, used, altered, open-box, or irregular merchandise.
  • Coupon-only, membership-only, employee, loyalty, bundle, gift-card, store-credit, or other conditional offers.
  • Pricing errors, private or unpublished quotes, or merchandise that is not actually available in the exact requested variant.
  • Any price that would violate a designer's required MSRP, MAP, authorized-retailer agreement, or other pricing restriction.

How to request a price match

Please contact Belameur Client Services before placing your order and provide the competitor's product URL, designer and style number, color, size, and advertised price. We will verify the product, price, availability, retailer authorization, and applicable designer pricing rules.

If approved, we will provide a private way to complete the purchase at the matched price. Approval does not reserve inventory, and availability can change until the order is completed.

Important terms

Price Match is reviewed manually and is not automatic. Certain designers, styles, promotions, or products may be excluded or limited by manufacturer pricing requirements. Shipping, taxes, duties, and mandatory fees may be considered when comparing the total purchase price. Belameur may decline a request that cannot be independently verified or that would violate supplier or designer terms. This program does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
